Starting from zero in December 2024, we needed to capture high-intent international riders immediately during Thailand's peak season. Without historical data, we engineered a high-precision Google Ads campaign that delivered consistent growth throughout 2025, culminating in record-breaking traffic volume in November while maintaining elite relevance scores.

What we did

Surgical "From Scratch" Launch

We launched in December 2024 with zero historical data. Instead of a "spray and pray" approach, we built a tightly structured account focusing on "High-Intent" keywords (e.g., “guided motorcycle tours northern thailand” vs “motorbike rental”). This allowed us to hit an 18% CTR in the very first month of operation.

The "Magnificent 7" Geo-Targeting

To ensure profitability without conversion tracking, we focused on "Financial Filtering." We excluded global traffic to focus exclusively on 7 key countries with high riding culture and purchasing power (USA, France, Australia, Germany, etc.). We didn't pay for clicks; we paid for potential customers.

Mastering Seasonality

As shown in the graph, we adapted to Thailand's tourism cycles. During the low season (May-August), we didn't pause; we maintained a "pulse" presence to capture early planners. When the high season returned in October, the account was "warm" and ready to scale immediately, resulting in the massive traffic spike seen in November.

Cost Control via Relevance

The most impressive metric is the flat Cost Per Click. By achieving a 16% CTR, we signaled to Google that our ads were the most relevant in the market. This resulted in high Quality Scores, allowing us to buy more traffic for the same price, keeping the CPC stable even as we dominated the top positions.
