How we work differently

No mockups, no surprises, no placeholder content. You watch your site build live, and launch with professional copy already written.

THE TAKEOVER: TURNING A CRISIS INTO A CLEAN SLATE

The project began with a standard request to refresh a conventional B2C site, but it quickly escalated into a digital rescue mission. Just as we initiated the audit, the client’s existing hosting provider (OVH) abruptly shut down the live site, citing a critical virus infection. Business ground to a halt. We immediately intervened to conduct a forensic analysis, revealing it was a false positive caused by neglected infrastructure. Instead of applying a temporary patch, we took full custody of the digital ecosystem. We migrated the domain, deployed enterprise-grade security via Wordfence Premium, and moved the hosting to our managed servers. This wasn't just a redesign anymore; it was a foundational reboot to guarantee sovereignty and security.

VISUAL STRATEGY: DEFINING THE NEO-BRUTALIST IDENTITY

Neo-brutalism is a web design movement that rejects smooth, polished corporate aesthetics in favor of raw, honest interfaces. To capture the client's target demographic—the 21-25-year-old urbanite—we knew the aesthetic had to break away from the traditional, quiet codes of cobbling. We pitched a radical "Neo-Brutalist" direction: hard 4px borders, zero border-radius, and aggressive "hard shadows" for a tactile, sticker-like feel. We remained agile in collaboration; when the client noted that the initial yellow "Stabilo" highlight lacked contrast, we pivoted to a vibrantly electric Blue to maximize impact. We further enriched the UX by coding custom micro-interactions, such as the "snap" translation effect on hover, adding a layer of premium polish that wasn't even in the original scope.

E-COMMERCE: TAILOR-MADE UX & "INVISIBLE" LOGIC

We refused to settle for the standard, bloated look of a basic WooCommerce template. We stripped the platform down and rebuilt the frontend with heavy custom CSS to seamlessly integrate the shop into the Neo-Brutalist design system. The "Ghost" Cart: Our obsession with detail extends to behavioral UX. We implemented a custom "Invisible Cart" logic: the shopping cart icon remains completely hidden to reduce visual noise. It only reveals itself the moment a user adds an item, ensuring the interface remains clean, focused, and purely functional until the purchase intent is confirmed.

THE TECH STACK: A CALCULATED RISK ON DIVI5

The mandate was "Mobile First" in the strictest sense: the site had to load instantly for a user walking down the street. To achieve this level of performance without sacrificing the visual complexity, we made the bold decision to build on the Divi 5 Beta engine. This allowed us to bypass the legacy bloat associated with previous versions. By combining this next-gen architecture with our custom optimization protocols, we delivered a "pocket web app" experience. The results were immediate: the new platform clocks a PageSpeed score of 97/100, running three times faster than the previous iteration despite its heavy visual identity.
